Dan DeJiacomo has made a commitment to build unique, beautiful custom homes that reflect the lifestyle, tastes, and budget of his clients. He understands the importance of integrity, trust, and communication in the building process and makes these values a cornerstone of every project he undertakes.
Chad Spangler is our Residential Designer specializing in custom home design with 19 years of experience designing homes in the mountain community of Big Canoe. Chad knows how to design homes that work best with the unique topography of each lot keeping in mind a particular focus on maximizing any available view.
Kathy Olsen joined the DeJiacomo Team in spring of 2012 as the company Office Manager. With a background in business and management, her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business including bookkeeping and managing the day to day operations of the office. Kathy helps keep our clients advised of the constructions costs of their home during the building process.
Project Manager Phil Collett has worked in residential construction for most of his life, from clearing and grading lots to building cabinets. Phil started his own business as an interior trim carpenter in the mid 90s until 2005 when he became a Project Manager in the Big Canoe area.
Don Corbin, senior member of the Dan DeJiacomo team, brings 25+ years of experience with a background in remodeling, cabinetry, low voltage lighting and new home construction. Don's contribution to Dan DeJiacomo Homes is prior to closing to finalize punch-out from homeowner walk-through; after closing, and maintains any warranty punch-out issues.
